your part.
Most fundraisers require selling merchandise and many volunteer hours. A
typical fundraiser requires:

Verify that all information has been filled out correctly

Reconcile order total with cash or check

Correct orders which do not reconcile

Count money for deposit

Write up deposit receipt

Go to the bank

Call customer whose check didn't clear the bank

Deduct bank charges from profit

Assemble a team to distribute the merchandise

Reconcile any orders that were incomplete.
