ACCEPTABLE CARTRIDGES
Recycled cartridges sent under this program must be original non-remanufactured cartridges, free from defects - as determined by the G7's Environmental Program, Recycle4Dollars, receiving department and received in good condition after shipping. SORRY, we cannot pay for broken cartridges. Please safely pack your cartridges for shipping.

SHIPPING LABEL
G7's Environmental Program, Recycle4Dollars, provides shipping labels and envelopes for your convenience. Shipping labels are valid within the United States only.

SHIPPING/ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Redemption credit applies only for acceptable cartridges when shipped to G7's Environmental Program, Recycle4Dollars.

Your shipping label is encoded with your recycle account information, please attach securely. Cover shipping label with tape to prevent the label from being torn or damaged. Hint: Print an extra shipping label and place inside your package to ensure proper credit.

After you print your shipping label, please mail your package within 7 days. Note: Once you enter your recyclable cartridges and print your shipping label, the transaction is noted in your recycle account. For your convenience, our system is set-up to send a reminder notice via email if we don't receive your package within 14 days.

If using a FREE postage-paid recycle envelope, please write legibly and complete all information requested or (if a charity or school) attach labels provided by G7's Environmental Program, Recycle4Dollars. Your account information is printed on the label. Hint: Include your contact information inside the Postage-Paid Recycling Envelope with your name, address, phone number and email. FREE postage-paid recycle envelopes will be accepted only if mailed before August 25, 2007.

Note: We must be able to identify from whom the shipped recyclable cartridges are from in order for your recycle account to be credited.

RECYCLE ACCOUNT
You may access your account at any time using your email and password.

Once we receive your recyclable cartridges, please allow approximately 5 to 10 business days to process your shipment and credit your recycle account. As an additional service, we will notify you by email when we receive your shipment and when your recycle account is credited

TO ACCESS YOUR RECYCLE DOLLARS
Recycle Dollars redemption amounts are convertible into cash payments or redemption credit towards office supplies and software available for purchase from G7 Productivity Systems, Inc. at www.g7ps.com.

FOR CASH REDEMPTION
You can request a check be sent by mail. Payment is made monthly upon request. A $10 minimum cashout amount is required before a check can be processed and mailed.

PRODUCT REDEMPTION
100% of your recycle dollars can be used towards purchase of office supplies and software available from G7 Productivity Systems at http://www.g7ps.com.

Available redemption amounts can be applied towards the purchases of:
All software, paper supplies, ink, toner, labels, business card stock, printer flash memory and membership services as available, from http://www.g7ps.com. (Sorry, Recycle 4 Dollars credits cannot be used towards the purchase of a printer or printer bundle.)

The amount of your order, up to the value of your Recycle Account, will automatically be deducted from your Recycle Account during checkout from the G7 shopping system.

IMPORTANT NOTE: When entering into the checkout stage of the G7 Productivity Systems shopping system, please type in the user ID (your email address and password) used by you when preparing your Recycling4Dollars return shipment.
